Complete plan customers pay $58/mo per person — flat — for every Core service plus every add-on module. Buying à la carte through Core + Add-ons can run $50+ per person before you've finished selecting modules. If you want all the bells and whistles, Complete is almost always the better deal.

What if I have fewer than 9 employees?
You pay the $300 monthly minimum. Once you cross 9 employees on the Core plan ($300 ÷ $34 ≈ 8.8), you're on the per-person rate. Below that, the minimum is the same regardless of team size — predictable for small teams.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes, any time. We'll prorate the change to your next billing cycle. No upgrade or downgrade fees.
Are there annual contracts?
No. GensHR is month-to-month. Cancel any time with 30 days' notice. We earn your business every month — we don't lock you in to keep it.
Do prices change if my team grows?
Per-person rates stay the same as your team grows. Call us to talk through what makes sense for your size and setup — we'll find the structure that works best for you.
Are there onboarding fees?
No. Onboarding is included in every tier. We'll set everything up for you and walk you through the system before payday hits.
What does "powered by Cloud-9HR" mean?
Cloud-9 is our payroll software and HR support infrastructure partner. Their platform runs the back end, and their support team works alongside ours so when you call, the answer comes fast. You're still a GensHR client; Cloud-9 is the engine, not the relationship.
